Families & Young Adults

We are excited to offer classes to include the young adults of the community, (12-17 years old with Parent/Legal Guardian Permission).

With the rising rates of diabetes and obesity in our youth, we felt it was necessary that the academy work with the young adults in our community and inspire them early about fitness. Whether your child is looking to lose weight, gain confidence, or working towards a sports scholarship, we can help!

It’s not only important to work on your own fitness goals, but also spend time with the family and have them work towards their healthy life. Bring your family in for a work out that you all can do together and walk out with something new to talk about!
